At Jack’s Cameras / Delaware Camera we are committed to customer satisfaction. We guarantee that the photos, cards, or keepsake gifts will meet or exceed your expectations or we will gladly redo them at no charge to your specifications.

Certain limitations on picture quality and reproduction exist depending on the quality of your original image files. We are not responsible for those quality issues that are a direct result of the quality of the original image file.

However we will do everything within our ability to make excellent quality prints and gifts from your original files. If you are not satisfied with our work we will redo the order at no charge. Simply contact us at: (716) 877-3317 and ask for the manager. You may also return the defective work to our lab along with a note describing the problem and contact information to:

We will expedite the makeover order and return it to you as per your instructions.
If for some reason we feel we cannot execute an order, we will not charge your account and not fulfill your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order, which does not meet our standards of decency or quality.
